What are some of the common signs and symptoms of ADHD in adults?

  • Time management skills: Managing time effectively can be tough for many people with ADHD as they can underestimate how long tasks will take.

Hyperactivity

  • Restlessness or “always on the go”: Some adults with ADHD may often feel like they need to be constantly engaged in or doing something. This can sometimes present as fidgeting frequently or constantly being on the move.

  • Excessive talking: Some adults with ADHD may find that they talk a lot and may often have something interesting they want to share although they can also interrupt others or dominate conversations without realising it.

Impulsivity

Impulsive decision-making: Some adults with ADHD may find themselves making quick decisions or saying things impulsively, which can lead to undesired outcomes.
